This vehicle parks in front of our home daily. One driver drops it of and another picks it up in the evening. I believe they walk to the bus stop. N 172nd Street is not a park and ride. Do we have any recourse?

Ever since the City of Shoreline has changed service providers from Waste Management to Cleanscapes, service has been substandard. On top of multiple missed collections, Cleanscapes has consistently failed to remove trash and debris that falls from our containers during pickup. Every week our block is littered with trash from sloppy and lazy service. Please consider this note when their contract comes up for renewal.
