    The right turn from Howard to 3rd is too short. It doesn't let enough cars through and needs to be at least twice as long as it is currently. Three times longer would be better just to keep traffic moving.

    City needs to clean up the asphalt mess left behind from when the streets were repaved. The tar dropped down the street and into the gutter and over the crosswalk. There's still a bunch of debris on the yellow handicap ramp. It's just awful. This is the third time I have reported this in the last three months. Stop blowing me off! Clean it up!
