This is a very dangerous place for a broken alleylight. It is right at the entrance to the alley. Also there is graffiti directly under the broken light. There have also been some robberies nearby, a broken alleylight causes a dangerous situation. This issue was dismissed previously because the phone app placed the address at 14th and East Capitol, which is where the Car Barn gated community is located. This is a public alley and it needs repair.
