    I have reported illegal parking in the alley in front of 17 Snows Court NW dozens of times. Today two cars, one with out of state tags and no residential sticker, are nearly completely blocking the alley. There is no way a fire truck could get in and there have been two fires in the high rises surrounding the alley this year. Please ticket an tow these cars immediately. They will be there all night. One of these cars parks in the alley all night every night and all weekend and does not pay DC a dime for parking.
