    These residents did not put out their trash at all this week. They had a get together Sat pm and there is now a full open bag of trash in their patio the ground in front of the overflowing trash can. This property has been a problem in the past as there have been student renters. The rat problem is very bad in the neighborhood. Needless to say this doesn't help. Please take action ASAP.

    This car parks illegally, constantly at the corner of 26th and I Streets NW, beyond the signage and at the bend in the road impeding traffic. It is parked again today as of 10:15 it's morning. Please ticket (and tow if possible)

    As usual the students at 900 25th Street NW did not put their trash and recycling out for collection. Both are full and lids ajar. This isan all too common occurrence. We have a big rat ptoblem in the neighborhood. Please do something about this property.
