Guard rail destroyed on both ends, and safety cone stuck in a hole in the payment in walk space to cross intersection. Guard rail damaged for many years now either repair or disassemble it potentially has the same danger as it is suppose to prevent.

The tree undergrowth and over hanging of branches are disgusting and degrading the neighbour hood. Could care less about the cities Tree maintenance plan as it is not working to resolve this issue have called the city still no action. What does it take the news paper to shame the city into action?

Tree over growth is out of control hanging branches impede the walkway on the sidewalk and sprout growth at base of tree is completely out of control. This is very degrading of the neighbourhood. This is city property.

There are a multitude of potholes where grandin and leavessur meet going north whereby it is impossible to traverse across this intersection without having to go through this mess. This is a reoccurring spot same thing last year. I already reported this same spot a couple of weeks ago, a poorly applied band aid approach repair was attempt two weeks ago and everything they did is gone out of the holes. Surely the city can come up with a better solution to a more permanent fix and the weather is and has been great. Please fix this issue........................

Why can't the city see fit to clean the bus route properly. Heritage Dr is a Bus route and continues to be a disgrace, surely someone at the city who's drawing those top wages can see there is a failure occurring here. Managers need to get out of there office and look for themselves. Enough is enough, I have reported this concern twice already and nothing is done. The slush and snow build up outside of the tire track in some areas is 3-6 inches high, and this is after all the thawing. What happens when this freezes and the excuse will be it's now to hard to remove because it's frozen. The excuse are rampant at public works dept and this priority crap doesn't cut it anymore we haven't had any significant snow in the past 10 days. So public works get off the pot and correct your failures. It's not that you haven't been given any heads up by this tax paying citizen. Take a look at the bus stops, please the need to full snow removal is not warranted but major spot clean up is necessary!!!!

Hello, I'm not requesting a cosmetic repair here. The repair has a lot to do with not beating the front end off my vehicle every day as I traverse through this intersection. Now I know that the whole city has many nasty pieces of roadway and most everyone just takes it for granted the state of repair our roadways have eroded too. Well I'm not one of the norm or most and don't accept not getting results with my observations. I travel the roadways with my vehicle and hope the roadways wouldvbe kept it a semi smooth condition. I don't travel on the blvd's and could care less about having trees and weeds to observe as I traverse throughout the city. Smooth roads would be nice, and please the sprayed tar and gravel is a bandaid joke to say the least. The stone chips and humps resulting from this repair approach is deplorable and surly you can not contest this fact. What I would like to see is some timely semi-permanent fix to those many pot holes on north side off this intersection heading into downtown.
