    In f/o 4416 14th St. NW. Citizen states vehicle has been parked in front of the location for several weeks w/o being moved. Please have parking enforcement monitor vehicle to see if it is violating DCMR in regards to having to move the vehicle every 72 hours.

    Black scooter with extensive electrical system damage in the rear of 3536 Center St. NW. No tag and no VIN. Extensive damage to electrical system and body panels. Unable to verify if stolen due to lack of serial or VIN. Called in by residents of building.

    Assorted mattresses, tv, vacuum, other household goods and mail matter for 1441 Spring Rd. NW #202 placed in the rear of the location next to a garbage can on a small bit of Rock Creek Park. Park area is directly adjacent to the alley and protected by bollards. A separate witness stated that a white truck was parked adjacent to where the items were dumped. An attempt to make contact with the resident of the apartment where the mail matter was located was made with no success.

    838 Varnum St. NW. House is occupied by a large number of individuals. House has been observed to possibly have no running water and possibly no electricity. There have been several radio runs to the location due to occupants using the water and electric hookups of adjacent houses without permission. Request DCRA check.

    3933 14th St. NW, upstairs apartments. The upstairs apartment area is a boarding house to which it is unknown if there is a DCRA license. The residential portion does not appear to have any sort of garbage cans visible or out for collection. Due to the number of people in the building the subjects dump their garbage in the public can in front of the building. Can a DPW inspector evaluate? And can DcRA check for licenses?

    Shoes hung on utility lines. They are hung at the mouth of the alleyway adjacent to 1325 Allison St. NW. Pole has several numbers including 15297A and 4k097dc. Shoes on utility lines are sometimes advertisement for narcotics sales.

    Raymond Recreation Center. Park is being rehab'ed currently but the sports fields are still open and the grass along the edge of the park and fence is growing high. Area also has an existing rat problem that high grass exacerbates.
