    Please see previous service requests (15-00001071, 15-00019522). This issue IS NOT CLOSED OR RESOLVED, see photo. Our leaves have been there since the beginning of November. This is getting unbearable. It has been 3 MONTHS!!!! I have tried to be patient and go through 311 and the proper channels. But if this is not resolved ASAP, I will have to escalate. I have to fight to get my leaves vacuumed or picked up every year.
