    Dumpster permit has expired and work crews haven't been seen in weeks. Dumpster on street is turning into a nuisance with people randomly dumping into it.

    This is probably the worst tree root rupture/sidewalk upheaval in the entire neighborhood and it's right on the way to Meridian Hill Park for many parents with strollers.
  • 2130 Pine Street - Fitler Square
    Two new patches have popped up in the bike lane here. (Previous cuts were repaired a few months ago). The new square cuts were patched with "lumps" of asphalt, but the areas between the asphalt and the edge of the cuts were filled with fine, loose gravel. Two weeks later, the gravel, which was creating a slipping hazard for cyclists, has washed away completely and there are 2-3 inch deep holes around the edges of the patches.
  • 2002-2076 Belmont Mansion Dr Philadelphia, PA 19131, USA - Wynnefield
    Belmont Mansion Drive between Belmont Avenue and Chamounix Drive was milled and re-paved over a year ago, but no lanes have been marked since then. This is particularly dangerous to bicycles because drivers don't know where the yellow center line is so they hug the right curb. The road is wide enough for a bike lane and there used to be a wide shoulder that provided a safety buffer from cars.
  • 2034 Pine St Philadelphia, PA 19103, USA - Rittenhouse Square
    Work crews have not refilled a cut they made several months ago. There is an orange cone and a sawhorse-style sign in the hole, blocking the entire right lane. Cyclists move into the left lane to safely avoid this obstruction.
