Pothole on W 34th at the intersection with Forest Hill - getting larger, right in the middle of the street.

Large pothole that is hard to avoid due to parked cars on the other side. This has been fixed multiple times before, and always comes back, as big as ever. A more permanent fix would be nice.

Dead tree in the Alley needs to be cut down before it falls. The tree beside it just recently fell during light rain.

An extra recycling supercan showed up behind my house and I'd like to have it picked up as there isn't enough space for it. I'm not sure where it came from, as all my neighbors seem to have their cans.

Very large, deep pothole. Dangerous for both vehicles and bikers. Please prioritize this repair.

The grass/weeds in the median and roundabout on Dundee Ave. have grown out of control and are in desperate need of mowing.

Leaves were not picked up according to the schedule published by the city. They were scheduled to be picked up in November for our neighborhood and they are still there. Dundee Ave and 34th St.
