Six foot tall weeds need to be cut down

Trash was only partially collected on the 1200 block of Girard St NW. Cans were emptied, but there were bags left all over the sidewalks on both sides.

A streetlight lamp has broken off and fallen to the street.

2+ foot tall weeds and grass in the tree boxes and perimeter of 2801 13th st NW. On the side of the property, on Girard, and on the front, on 13th St.

The V St playground has two pieces of broken equipment. The musical chimes are missing the two batons/hammers for making music. These were ripped off over a year ago, rendering the feature unusable. And the electronic controller for the water feature doesn't seem to do anything. It is a white post, with a red plastic cover. Perhaps it controls the tall fountain. It's unclear.

Please add a service request type for playground repair. Playground equipment is frequently broken, and there is no appropriate request type.

This sidewalk was repaired yesterday, June 30th. For no apparent reason, they narrowed it by one foot, and filled the new gap with dirt and rocks. It's just unbelievably shoddy.

Wasp nest on the underside of the steps at Columbia heights playground. They are the high steps leading to the two tall slides.

The drinking fountain at Trolley Turnaround Park at 11th and Monroe St NW does not work.

2813, 2815, and 2817 13th St NW leave supercans on the sidewalk permanently. Today (Sunday) I counted 10 trash cans on the sidewalk. This has been going on for months.

There are at least 8 super cans and recycling cans that stay permanently on the sidewalk in front of 2813 and 2815 13th St NW. This picture was taken 36 hours after the previous trash pickup.

sidewalk has been broken for years now, multiple previous requests. Was spray painted a year ago, but nothing was done.

At the Trolley Playground at 11th and Monroe St NW, the hose caddy was broken, and the hose was stolen. The lock appears to have been damaged as well.
