Most of the sidewalk on Clark Street, from Campbell through the 100 block, is in terrible shape. Years of tree growth and neglect have made it almost impassable, forcing pedestrians to walk in the street. The entire stretch of sidewalk should replaced, like was recently done on Meloy Road.

A large Catalpa tree fell Sunday morning, taking down power and phone lines. The lines are still attached to both the pole and houses, but are on the ground and the tree itself is blocking the road.
