The sidewalk has been damaged for at least a year. It is a hazard. Why hasn't it been fixed yet. I reported the same issue across the street on the same block (2000 blk of P St NW) in July and 311 gave me an ETA in October... what is the issue here?

Right Proper Brewing Company put up a fence for sidewalk dining and built it so that it blocks the curb cut on 7th Street at Wiltberger Place. A wheelchair user would have to ride in the street for the rest of the block. Why didn't DDOT review this before granting the permit?

I merged out of the bike lane into a clear gap in traffic in order to pass a cyclist pulling a trailer that I could not safely pass in the bike lane. I was moving at a decent, safe speed. Within a few seconds, an approximately 50 y/o white female with (slightly less than) shoulder length light brown hair in a red Audi A8 (DC plate # DM 9453) came up behind me and started blasting her horn. I initially ignored her antics but she continued honking while tailgating me, revving her engine, and trying to squeeze me out of her way, which she ultimately succeeded in doing. There is a dumpster enclosed in a fence blocking the bike lane a little farther up this block from where she started harassing me (SIDENOTE: the dumpster has been there for a year—can you do anything about this?), so this was an especially dangerous & reckless maneuver for her to pull.

To accentuate the futility of her reckless antics, she had to stop for a red light in the next block (1500 BLK R ST NW) at which point I photographed the rear of her car, including her license plate.

Police completely blocked the sidewalk and did so completely unnecessarily. They were hanging out and I had to walk into incoming traffic around some very unsafe drivers (none of whom were ticketed)

After 11pm on Wed April 30, crew was moving very loud vehicles off of the lot including a tractor that kept scraping against the asphalt. This is certainly not the first time they've made lots of noise at night.
