    Trees in parkway along Spring Meadow Dr from Chase Dr to Cherokee Rd needs to be trimmed. It's been about three years since the city last trimmed them. The branches are getting low to the street and blocking some of the street lights.

    Striping for double left turn from eastbound Ontario Ave to I-15 northbound is worn out. Atkinson Walsh did not do a very good job of restriping the double left turn lane after they had finished the bridge widening. City needs to have RCTC refresh the striping for the double left turn lane. Also, it should be noted that the contractor did not do a good job or removing the construction striping and it can be seen while driving and cause confusion.

    Can the striping through the intersection of Ontario Ave and California Ave for the double left turn movements (all 3 legs with double left turns) be refreshed/repainted? I can barely see the previous striping. Can more durable materials be used so that it does not wear away as quickly, such as thermoplastic or pavement markers? I moved to this area for over two years now and yet to see the left turn striping in the intersection being refreshed once.

    There is a leaning Palm tree on the southeast corner of Ontario and Rimpau. I'm not sure how much those Palm trees can lean, but this one seem like it could fall during strong winds. Would be a huge liability for the City if it fell since it is leaning towards the Chevron gas station. Could someone from the City verify it is safe or replace it if it's not.

    My yard drain has been crushed by the growing tree roots. The city contractor replacing the sidewalk said they cannot fix it and that I need to contact the city to have it repaired. I laid a 3" drain pipe before they poured the sidewalk so that it can be easily connected to without ripping out the sidewalk again to repair. Can the city repair the drain and join to the new pipe I laid under the sidewalk (approximately 30" from the edge of driveway and 6" below rope of sidewalk)? If not, can the city provide grinding of the surface tree roots so I can lay new pipe in?
