    1400 Block Of Magnolia Ave E St. Paul 55106 - Greater Eastside
    Today there are 3 Semi-Truck parked on the south side of Magnolia. Is this a residential street and if so, is it legal to leave that size of truck and trailer there? One is blocking the street light and only invites trouble when that part of Magnolia is dark.
    Also saw 1 juvenile urinating in the side of the road while 2 others shared a joint.
    Anything we can do to get this street reclaimed?

    Also, snow emergencies kept the impound lot full and now the back up lot is underwater. They are asking for your patience. Vehicles will be ticketed, but the tow make take a while.

    Someone dumped at least 10 rolls of carpet on the side of the road. South side of Magnolia, across from Ames Lake.
    There is also a large garbage bag near the carpet.

    Asian American man leaves a plastic container with clear liquid inside hanging in a wooded area around Ames Lake. When asked not to walk on the native spieces planted area (sign is in 3 languages), he started ranting "Don't you know who I am?" Other times I've seen an Asian American woman coming out of the woods near the "No Dumping Allowed" sign on the South side of East Magnolia. There appears to be an established entry into this wooded area. Anyone else noticing similar activity?
