Large rat in alley.

Mattress I previously reported was not picked up, it was moved to the alley at this location. Other household trash and furniture was also dumped behind 703 and 709 Howard.

Lock has been broken on this vacant rear lot, weeds are high. I am concerned that it will be used for crime. If you can't see in the photo, the hasp was completely broken off the gate - they need to get an entirely different system to secure the lot.

Mattress left in alley.

Just want to make sure this property is following the boarded building ordinance. The lawn does not appear to be cared for.

These yards do not appear to have been cleaned since the fall.

Large raccoon(?) On Ridge at Dobson requires cleanup.

Some kind of broken wires hanging at about truck level near 718 dobson & Howard in alley.

There was a plumber on the property, they left a trench on the parkway. It does not look secure.
