    There is way to much traffic from the JCC on Vaughn street Parents park on Vaughn street instead of using the parking lot in the am, noon and early evening. First of all the JCC has a parking lot but their employees and customers park on Vaughn street which causes a lot of traffic and problems near front street. Vaughn street is not a major road like Front and can not handle customers parking all over it an traffic. Customers block home owners in there driveways, park on the non parking side of the road etc. there is no JCC employee or security out there to keep an eye or do anything otherwise. By here have been many many almost accidents and children almost hit. I guess it would take a car accident or a child getting hit before the JCC will take charge of this
    Besides the fact tat Harrisburg city police could make a ton of money in tickets from the customers not stopping at Vaughn an 2nd streets stop signs and the parking tickets of parking in places that are non parking

    The JCC has a Lot of frontage on Front street to handle a major entrance if they are not going to take charge of this issue.

    I live on this corner and I am shocked at how many parents with their kids in the car going to the JCC to drop or pick up their kids do not stop at the stop signs

    they slow down and then keep going and not only JCC customers and staff but people passing by or other people that live here

    what a way to make some ticket money if there was a cop or camera

    The JCC has no sidewalk for people to walk on along front street

    It's a very dangerous area to begin with and with no side walk or cross walk its really dangerous

    First of all the JCC customers that pick up and drop off their kids at the JCC daycare park everywhere on the street.
    they park on the wrong side in peoples driveways and block driveways they are not paying attention to the people that live on the street or the traffic that needs to get threw.

    the JCC has no employee or crossing gaurd or any security out to help plus the lighting is very poor when it gets dark. Two the entrace to the JCC is like 15 feet away form front street which is one car length so it gives no one any room to turn into the JCC safely at prime times..... Also with all the events and things that go on at the JCC Vaughn street is not able to handle it when people are trying to just plain drive by. the other office building has 3 areas where you can turn into and it has plenty of lights. the JCC only has one entrace on Vaughn Street. the JCC has plenty of land on front street to create a entrace big enough to handle all the customers and traffic that goes to the center.
