There needs to be a storm water threat/ storm drain category. Lots of issues related to this and hard to report on accurately

I bike by City Team on Washington St every day and for weeks have seen overflowing dumpsters and piles of garbage right in front and spread over the sidewalk. This evening as I passed one of their patrons was @#$% into the pile of bags in broad daylight. What is going on? Is their garbage not being picked up? This is disgusting and becoming a health issue.

Water fountains near amphitheater barely work
  • Washington St @ 7th St - Old City-Produce And Waterfront
Clothing, personal items and trash scattered around the public trash can and right on top of a storm drain, also extending into the street.

This elderly man just tripped on the sidewalk where the pavers are about 1.5" higher than the gravel around the tree. This is the case around all of the trees on this block.

There's been water leaking constantly onto the tracks on the Richmond side of the platform. I started reporting it a month ago multiple times each to the station Agent, via online complaint form, via twitter, mailed postcard and finally by email to the area manager. ZERO action - the leak continues to waste water and degrade the infrastructure. No more channels to pursue. Flabbergasted at how poorly Bart deals with maintenance issues.
  • Washington Street At 9th Street Oakland, California - EBALDC
In progress right now, and a recurring sight in front of the businesses near this intersection, the sidewalks are being pressure washed with runoff going right into stormdrains. The workers say they are hired by ACD or similar sounding company on Broadway, apparently acting on behalf of several businesses/properties. This is not only contaminating creeks and waterways since stormdrains are leading directly to those, but also an unacceptable waste of drinking (!) water during a time of drought, and it's ILLEGAL, as I have been told by local authorities.

Several dozen tampons (?) and other litter in the street. Not obstructing traffic but stuff will soon end up in a storm drain if not removed.
  • 360 8th Street Oakland, California - Chinatown
Trash can was broken and dumped out, litter is being blown into the nearby storm drain. Viewed on Sunday 1/5, so this may be taken care of. Happens a lot in this area though.
