    Website says that the dog park on Johnson Street opens at 8 A.M. But it keeps being open at 7. There are a few dogs that bark a lot at 7, they are loud and it goes right through the windows.

    Dog park is suppose to open at 8, not at 7:15. On my vacation this week and would like one morning of not hearing barking, starting at 6:30, and the dog park with quite a few people at 7:30.

    Dog Park is suppose to open at 8AM, not 6:45-&7:00. I have called the city 3 times and was told somebody would call me back. You have built a park between houses and townhouses and it is very loud every morning starting at 6:45. If I could afford to move I would, but it is not an option. Please help!
