    Cedar Hill Playground - Cedar Hill
    The lights at Cedar Hill playground do not come on at dark. I notice around 10:30 they come on. They used to come on at dusk. I have witnessed suspicious activity in the park during the times after dark. Can something be done about this issue? Are the lights on a timer?

    Cedar hill playground is dark until 10:30 pm. The lights used to come on with the street lights but not anymore. I walk my dog after dark and have witnessed suspicious activity. I would assume the lights are on timers? I notice they are still on well after sunrise in the morning.

    Light # 6984 is completely out. Light # 7503 flickers and is out 90% of the time. These are last two lights on View St. across from playground. Intersection of View st and rock is very dark as a result.
