there are potholes on both eastbound and westbound. There is also a pothole at the intersection of East Palomar and Oleander,

On both sides of the street, weeds are growing in the street and on the sidewalk,
Problem selection did not indicate the real problem

long wait for light to change. When employees leave Sharp, traffic builds up on Oleander and timing of light prevents all stopped cars to make the light. Also when traffic is light there is no adjustment to increase frequency of traffic light.

three or four pot holes on the south side of Palomar Street, west of Oleander

Large Tree behind wall south of 584 Rivera Street needs to be trimmed. For many years it produces a brown flower/pollen that invades the area, getting into pool, jacuzzi and plants. It has gotten worse as the tree grew and when the wind blows it is a daily chore to clean the pool and backyard area.

There are large weeds growing in the sidewalk on the western side of Oleander south of Palomar that need to be removed.

There has grown a small jungle on the south side of the street that needs removal. Not sure what to put down as Problem so I put shphalt damage

This request has been repeatedly reported but no action taken

Area west of Oleander has overgrown vegetation that has restricted use of sidewalk. This area was cleared about 6 months ago and needs to be done again

The newly installed traffic signal at Oleander and East Palomar needs to be reconfigured. During non peak traffic hours and on weekends the light should be in a demand configuration. The lights on either end and in the center of the bridge over 805 on Palomar operate much more efficiently and should be the model.

This area on both sides of Oleander needs a major cleanup. On the eastern side there is trash and overgrown weeds into the sidewalk. On the western side there are weeds growing into and in the sidewalk. I have reported this area in the past but no action was taken.

Hiking/Horse/bicycle trail running on the north side of Olympic Parkway between Medical Center Drive/Brandywine and Heritage Road has overgrown weeks on the north side of the trail and overhanging branches of the few trees along the route. In addition there was trash along the trail and bark from Palm trees. I realize this area does get serviced but it appeared from the growth that this service has not been done in some time.

Brush and weeds have overrun the sidewalk on the east side of Oleander. Lasts year the west side was cleared but now the weeds have returned on the sidewalk there also. With construction in the area it is recommended a thorough clean up be completed as soon as possible. If not people will have to use the street to walk on the eastern side of Oleander in this area.

There are over 8 potholes in the 400 block of Kearney St. This problem has been there for a long time..
