Photo update for you. Now this woman has moved 75% of her stuff to the curb along 6th Street @ Franklin and the rest of her stuff is on the opposite side of 6th. Blocking legal parking parking spaces.

How would you like to wake up each morning and see this view outside your bedroom window. This is much more than an encampment for one disturbed woman. She is a hoarder and does not need all this stuff. Very little is of necessity. Please clean this up as per the City's homeless removal policy and guidelines. You have one week and then I am sending these pictures to the Mayor and all City Council members. This is ridiculous and I have had enough!

Illegal dumping and accumulation of junk has been going on here for several months now. It is only getting worse & now attracting more transients. The woman running this show needs help. Apparently the City of Oakland officials do not care. Sidewalk is now blocked which is a violation of State Law!

Pile of junk amd furniture on sidewalk. Woman living ACROSS street in her hovel put this crap there. No way can she have TWO piles on either side of street. PLEASE come remove this stuff.

Yes, a woman is living in this pile of junk. In the street taking up at least one parking space and now she has taken up half the width of the sidewalk. She needs help and she needs to be evicted. Multiple mattresses, furniture, fabrics. She takes them from the Salvation Army which is right there.

Pile of junk keeps growing. I will be submitting a complaint once a week until this is gone. Contacting City Council too. Pile is as large as a car and is blocking the roadway. People trying to park a moving truck here to move in and out of our condo building cannot do so now.

One or two people are living here. Area was 'cleaned' up about a month ago and person moved their pile and then moved it back the next day. Will the City PLEASE remove and relocate this person or persons? There are No Trespassing signs so arrest them!!! I pay thousands of dollars in property taxes every year so use some of them to solve this issue!!!

There is a pile of junk that someone has amassed and abandoned IN THE STREET that needs to be removed. Pile is as large as a car and is impeding traffic. Pile is against a red curb zone. Blocking potential emergency vehicle parking if a fire truck ever had to be called to the 8 Orchids Condo Building.
Homeless person put all this stuff here but is living ACROSS THE STREET so no one is living in this pile. PLEASE remove it.

Two piles of junk have been left abandoned at this location. One pile is on 6th Street blocking traffic. It takes up two car lengths and is in a red curb zone.
Other pile across the street was left by vagrant NO LONGER THERE. This woman had left the area so this is NO LONGER an encampment.
Please remove this junk ASAP before someone else moves in.
