    Needs to be referred to Code Enforcement. For over a year, building owner has refused to paint over various graffiti on side of his/her building. Major eye sore & only attracts more graffiti on nearby buildings. Including those whose owners have abated the graffiti. PLEASE send code enforce letter and FINAL notice with threat of fines to this owner. Thank you!

    Broken windows, abandoned over one week, CA license plate 7CND982. Parked on 6th Street at Franklin.

    The Do Not Enter (Dead End) sign that is meant to inform drivers that 6th Street dead ends just past Franklin, has been bent and twisted so it is no longer visible to such drivers. This is causing many to enter the dead end part and have to turn around. This is causing traffic hazards & impeding egress & ingress for the 8 Orchids building residents because their parking garage entrance is at the end of 6th Street. Sign needs to be repaired or reinstalled.

    Abandoned vehicle, possibly stolen because it was parked on 6th all week at the professional vagrant encampment on 6th at Franklin. Tan Subaru station wagon, License 4FJW516. 2 or 3 wheels now missing from vehicle and it was hit with graffiti over the weekend. Vehicle in on Franklin, between 6th & 7th Streets.

    Several mattresses were dumped on March 5th on 6th at Franklin Streets. Note that this is near one woman's encampment but it is NOT part of her stuff. PLEASE come pick up these mattresses. Someone dumped them instead of giving to Salvation Army during normal business hours.

    Vagrant set up a tent over a week ago. Nearby residents have asked the man to leave but he won't. The 8 Orchids Home Owners Association maintains this property so Oakland officials need to clear this out. Person is leaving trash nearby and the situation is getting worse with rats.

    Two or three people took 3 mattresses out of the Salvation Army parking lot at Franklin & 6th Street and used them to set up a small encampment over the past few days. This is an area Oakland City Administrator Joe Devries told the 8 Orchids Home Owners Association that both Oakland Police Department and City Officials will cooperate to keep area free of encampments. Please nip this in the bud now before it gets out of control.
    These people also have items in the street and are blocking legitimate parking spaces. Parking is in high demand since this is within Chinatown.
