6 of the 8 walkway lights are missing, they became rusted and were removed my maint crews, new ones need to be ordered and installed

Left turn signal from main onyo beyer lasts gor only a second or so before cycling to yellow/red. I’ve experienced it both times in a row when I took this route, so basically 1 can csn turn left and while they enter the light is already gone red. I don’t think the timing is set as intended and I believe this will cause a safety concern as the 2nd car will attemp to turn left on red
