This car has been abandoned adjacent to my driveway at 18913 34th Ave. South, SeaTac, for over a week (since 1/26/2024) . The front end is badly damaged. Please tow it away!! Thanks

Once again, this man who is operating an illegal business in a residential zoned neighborhood and parks his excessive vehicles ON THE ROAD. I took photos of this exact same thing this morning about 8:30 a.m.! A lady was turning off 188th onto 33rd Ave. S. and could not because he had cars blocking the street. As a result, even more cars were backed up on 188th trying to get past. This has become ridiculous! It is time for the neighbors to band together and sue the City for failure to act after all the complaints that have been filed. Now, tonight, he has cars parked out onto the right of way again, endangering others. Make no mistake! This is 100% on the City of Seatac, its incompetent manager and useless Code Enforcement! We must work together to act against the city, as they are ignoring us.

On e again, the illegal business being run out of 18801 33rd Ave S in SeaTac has so many rental and parking paying cars he has cars parked onto the street. Some one turning off 188th onto 43td is going to hit one of those cars He has cars all over his front yard/lawn, around our neighborhood . This is not a legal "home business ' under SeaTac Municipal code.yet Seattle vode enforcement does nothing

AGAIN, this gentleman who is running an illegal business out of his residence has so many cars parked that two of them are parked in the street on 33rd Ave. S. Someone is going to turn left off of 188th and hit one of them. Liability will inure to the City of Seatac, as they have received numerous complaints from neighbors but Code Compliance does nothing! The Police have been WONDERFUL, however!!

The same every day, day after day, cars parked on the street and easement such that it will cause and accident and the city of Seatac will share liability, as they allow this to continue. How many cars can he park there and on the entire lawn, etc.????

As every day, this gentleman is running an illegal business out of his residence, blocking the road, creating accident hazards, parking illegally all over the property, parking his "spare" rentals and people he's charging for airport parking all over the neighborhood. As always, the City of Seatac code enforcement refuses to help those of us who have lived and paid taxes in Seatac for 30 plus years. We are sick to death of this mess and the hazard. Everyone who turns onto 33rd off of 188th runs the risk of hitting a car he has parked partially on the road. Also, he details cars having waste water and chemicals spill onto the street, drains, and other's properties. Please put a stop to this once and for all.
