There is a rooster (or multiple) making a racket every day. It is kept in the fenced-in yard of either 441 or 445 Poplar St. Please address this. Thank you.

This property has 9 units but is using two city trash dumpsters in addition to a private company's dumpster out front. Trash day was Thursday and these are overflowing already. There is also a couch behind the dumpsters. The dumpsters are always overflowing and it's obvious that there is no recycling going on here. This is an ongoing problem; can we please get some enforcement at this property? Thank you.

There has been a television by the curb in front of 456 Poplar for several weeks now. Can we get it removed, please? It came from that house; not certain what floor. Thanks.

The City of New Haven should be ashamed. The sidewalks in either direction on the railroad overpass (Blatchley b/w Peck & State) were NOT shoveled, forcing students to walk in the road on their way to school! This Blatchley Ave overpass needs to be shoveled now!

Can we please get some noise enforcement in Fair Haven? There's a green, 2-door Honda hatchback, CT plate 584-XJK that refuses to play music at a civilized tone, to say the least; music is always blasting from this car as it drives around Fair Haven, at all hours of the day and night. It is garaged at 273 Chatham St.

"Eddie" at the Mari Mart, 521 Ferry St, is not only running an illegal pawn shop operation, but he openly buys and sells stolen items. I recently had to encounter him to retrieve one of my items that was stolen from me. Fortunately I managed to get it back (had to BUY it from him), but I don't believe he is even a licensed pawn shop, and he CLEARLY should not be fencing items that are obviously stolen. There is a three second green arrow for cars turning left from Union Ave onto Columbus. Given that this is a direct route from the train station to the highway, this is simply ridiculous. Traffic backs up badly in the evenings to the point that cars departing the parking deck can't exit after paying. Please fix this light!

The Lombard Fire Dept placed a leather couch, chair, & ottoman on Poplar three weeks ago; still there. I asked them about a week ago to put in a request for their own bulk pickup but they responded that 'the city' would take care of it. Can we please get this furniture removed? Someone has dumped demolition debris, including boards and windows on the south side of Humphrey right by the park, before the I-91 overpass. First saw this morning at 6:00. Thanks.

The left turn light heading into the A&P shopping center (from the west) is very short and there is no solid green after the green arrow. There is more than adequate visibility of oncoming traffic (heading west) along Foxon to handle a solid green for those turning left. Because the light is so short, drivers will often just run the red rather than idle for so long when there is obviously no oncoming traffic. Please add a solid green to this light; there is no reason not to have one. Thanks.

273 Chatham is home to several repeat noise ordinance offenders, who shout explicatives at anyone who asks them to turn their music (booming bass cars) down. Complete disregard for the law and anyone else. Is there a recourse?
