    Potholes Anerkannt
    1511 Nottoway Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Bellevue
    Last summer I asked to get the alley between Nottoway and Claremont 1500 block graded. I got a reply that my request was sent to the proper department. It was not done and now it is going on two years and the potholes are mud holes and much bigger. Also, a neighbor is encroaching into the alley right of way with their construction debris and forcing people to drive off what gravel is left in the alley.
