There is a homeless encampment that has been sprung up at this location for quite sometime

There are human feces, needles, garbage abandoned vehicles drug addicts, and individuals with mental health issues it is unacceptable
that our kids and senior elderly have to walk through this mess or be harassed by the occupants. I have personally witnessed people having sex in plain daylight
