Under the expressway a 3 foot diameter pothole of missing cobblestones has developed. Needs patching quickly

More bricks are missing and the trip hazard is increasing. This area does not have lighting as the bulbs are burned out and hundreds of people and tourist walk through here daily

Missing brick on the canal. TRIP HAZARD.

Someone has removed three bricks in the walkway on the canal where the old power plant is located. This is just east of the new footbridge that links the canal to Casa del Barco.

A sewer manhole top and ring has been blown off the top of the manhole. This on the river side of the floodwaters at the pipeline entrance to the river.

Many of the floodwall lights, including the one on the river side of the wall are not functioning.

There are two lights side by side on the canal that are not illuminating.

All the street lights in Shock Slip and to the south are not functional.

The entire block of lights on this block and the bridge at 1001 Haxall Point are out.

I've reported this several times over the last year, but the graffiti remains on the floodwall on the riverside of Manchester Walk. To access it, take the floodwall walking path to the RR tracks. Walk across the tracks and through the floodwall, then turn downstream. It is about 150 yards south of the tracks on the river side of the floodwall.

There are at least 13 lights out along the canal in random fashion from 1101 Haxall Point all the way west to the end of Dominion Power's substation. This does not include the 6-8 lights that are non functioning in the old power plant in front of 1101 Haxall Point.

The east bound lane concrete retaining wall was tagged with graffiti for almost the entire length of the wall recently. Some of it looks gang related. Also- thanks for taking care of the floodwall near the old Southern States elevators.

There is a massive amount of graffiti on this unsecured building. Is there anyway to secure the building and cover the graffiti? It is an eyesore.

On the bridge supports closest to the War Memorial, there is graffiti on both the north and south bound abutments.

Behind the abandoned red building on 14th Street and on the floodwall, there is a massive amount of graffiti on the floodwall. This is on the south side of the wall and is visible by walking down the floodwall walk.

I reported this several months ago and it is still there. On the north side of the floodwall and maybe 200 yards east of the Southern Railway Track, there is a huge graffiti tag on the wall. To access this point, you will need to walk through the floodwall opening at the RR tracks and then walk east or downstream.
