Bubba's sign continues to block the view of eastbound Shore Drive if you are making a right turn from Vista onto Shore Drive. It's in the right-of-way and it's a non-conforming sign. I reported this before and was led to believe it would be taken care of.

A sign for Bubba's blocks the view west at the intersection of Shore Drive and Vista Circle. While bad during the day, at night the obstructed view is dangerous as it blocks the view of oncoming headlights when turning east onto Shore Drive.

Lots of trash, debris, building materials in parking lot by dumpster in the rear of the building, never cleaned up, not kept clean

The stop sign at the SE corner of Starfish Road and Ocean Shore Blvd. has been knocked down.

I'm sure the traffic engineers hate this particular intersection. My problem is travelling across Shore Drive southbound on Starfish Rd. because of left-turning traffic that is turning west on Shore Drive, it is almost impossible to cross the road headed southbound as the cars turning fail to yield the right-of way. Since the signal is so short, I often cannot proceed at all (and it's not like it's only a short wait for another green signal) and find my way blocked or am being trheatened by aggressive drivers turning left. I know the engineers don't want to lengthen the signal, but perhaps a slight advance green for southbond traffic to at least let me enter the intersectio first? I travel that route several times a day in the summer and come close to being hit on a weekly basis.

The overhead street light at the intersecion of Newbern Lane and Sand Pine in Lynhaven Colony is turning off and on at he rate of about 5 times every minute.
