Out for morning walk between 155th and 165th on interurban trail, trash, mail and 4 separate men sleeping along trail with shopping baskets. Around 8 am

Graffiti on telephone pole, bus info pole and burnt aluminum foil from drug cooking. Also, 1 man is passed out and the other has his drug box open preparing something.

Traffic circle signage is overgrown from hedges.

Graffiti done in last 24hrs on new trail fence at "hidden lake" section of trail.
