  • Carter St At Hichborn St Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Carter St stairs between Hichborn & Farragut streets are broken & unsafe. City has roped off, but could they not replace the railroad ties so the stairs are usable? This should be a low-cost repair that would help the neighborhood.
  • Carter St At Hichborn St Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Dead pine tree on Carter ST hill between Hichborn & Farragut. Tree itself is a fire hazard, plus has dumped tons of very dry pine needles on steep hill (tinder, also a fire hazard). Request for tree to be removed, please! It would torch the hill if it caught fire, many homes surround it.
  • Pothole Archiviert
Grant St either side of Lemon St, Vallejo, California - Vallejo
There dangerous deep potholes and corrugated street pavement on Grant St, the blocks on both sides of Lemon St. A couple potholes look to be 6" deep, they are dangerous! Oddly, nearby Porter St's pavement is relatively new, but Grant St is like driving in a Third World country!
  • Pothole Archiviert
1013-1087 Wilson Avenue Vallejo, California - Vallejo
There's a jarring series of potholes on northbound Wilson Ave just after going under the bridge -- and so many in a row, so close together, you can't avoid them. These are already dangerous now, but if we get the rain that is predicted, if people try to slalom around them it could get really dangerous.
  • 2400 Sacramento Street Vallejo, California - Vallejo

There are two burnt-out buildings at the end of Sacramento St. While I appreciate the trauma of losing a building to fire -- NOTHING has been happening to clear the burned materials away. It's a health hazard (rat pile), and a blight.

If the owners have abandoned the properties, the city should take them over and clean them out already.

Not incidentally, Sacramento St is one of the gateway paths into the City. From Hwy 37, if you go onto Wilson Ave, it's glam -- but if you turn onto Sacramento St instead, it's ghetto.

  • Wilson Ave Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Monday 1/12, the street lights on the water side of Wilson Ave and Mare Island Way were not on. The lights onthe other side of thw street were working. Are we saving money by only having half the lights on, or is it something else?
  • Illegal Dumping Archiviert
1013-1087 Wilson Avenue Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Big pile of dumped furniture and detritus on Wilson just off of Hwy 37. Ugly pile on the prettiest entrance into town!
  • 418 Georgia St Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Water in the planter goes on like a geyser. It must be on a timer, as it did turn off after a while, but while it was on, the water was spewing.
  • Mare Island Way At Tennessee St Vallejo, California - Vallejo
The plywood has been removed from a West-facing window upstairs, one that overlooks the upstairs patio on the building
  • Mare Island Way @ Tennessee St Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Squatters are clearly using the old Badge & Pass building. They keep a chair near the West-facing door to get in and out. Plywood on the second-story windows is ajar. Drug deals are being done at the first floor windows. It's a health, fire and social hazard.
