    A dead tree branch from a big tree adjacent to my house cased a roof damage as shown in the enclosed photo. Can CoD send a arborist to inspect the tree to see if it has to be removed? A private tree remove company said the tree was healthy, but I'd like to get a report from CoD ASAP. Thank you!
