    On the model mile of the East Point Path, contractors should not use the stuffed black barriers on the new curbs. They fell apart as they sat there for months, cars running over them, staining the roads, and killing the new grass instead of protecting it. Now the brown residue has stained the road and the grass died in some places. It needs to be pressure washed, and grass needs to be mowed and replanted. Thanks!
