    How does the city allow a truck to plow 5+ feet of snow into a trail entrance and still expect to be a Bike Friendly ciry? Also the Hennepin Security vehicles have NO place on the trail until after it has been plowed. Their ice ruts cause accidents. Bicyclists have broken bones do to their tracks.

Tenant door is on the North East side of the building with a small set of steps. Sidewalks are impassable and garbages are full to overflowing.
