Upon her return she could not get to her car. The next day she went to pickup the car but it would not start, the floor boards held about 2 inches of water and the seats had been soaked from the flooding.

Even when entering or exiting the driveway at an angle our cars scrape the pipe and the undercarriage of our vehicles nearly every time. Please have the contractors increase the length of the ramp to reduce the angle at which our cars must go up and over it. Thank you!
