The snow has melted.
The bank who is involved in this property will be doing a better job this winter.
This property should not be an issue going forward.
The issue is along Fairfield Street between Westerliegh Rd and Ramsdell St.
LCI also left a note
It will get cleaned up shortly.
Orders must expire before LCI can abate the violation
Just called for an update......A contractor is awaiting approval from the Bank to remove this debris. LCI will remove this debris if the bank does not get out there in the next few days and will file a lien.
Management company has been notified
This is an old issue so we are closing it.
I would suggest posting this under "Public Space" next time.
The Department of Public Works (203.946.7700) is the responsible department for this issue.
The owner cut their hedge at the request of LCI.
We are happy to remind residents to trim!

I walked this area recently and I did not see any issue. It has been replaced with mini-evergreen trees (looks much better).
This issue was closed by the Admin. and this is a duplicate issue.
***Please note there is a legal driveway for the hair salon ( I think it's grandfathered under Zoning).
Not sure if the address is incorrect but there is no fence issue at 817 Edgewood Avenue.
Maple trees have been trimmed,
The bushes have been trimmed.
The owner always has a responsibility to maintain their property even when they do not live in the property. Some lease agreements call for the occupant to shovel snow, trim grass, etc.......but the owner is the one who gets a fine if the property is not in compliance.
Will will forward your concern to the Building Department.
The Building Department can be reached at 203.946.8045.
