Grand view Avenue feeds into Beale street at this intersection. Cars constantly fly down grandview to make a left turn and head north on Newport Avenue. There should be a stop sign and a sign coming down grandview that states 'no left turn'. Especially in the morning commute, I have seen so many near collisions and have nearly been sideswiped. Drivers seem to think they have the right of way!
