After thanksgiving I trimmed a tree in my yard and halled the debris to the alley behind my house. The following day I called the City of Richmond 3-1-1 number and requested the yard debris be collected. I was told the materials would be removed within 10 business days. A month and a half later, the yard debris is still laying in the adjacent to the alley behind my lot. All yard debris is nealtly piled up and ready for removal. I would appreciate if the yard debris was removed as soon as possible.
