Rocliffe/North Rocliffe Fall River, Massachusetts - Fall River
I just spent a month in another city and returned to the Flint last week.
The trash is unbelievable and you almost get institutionalize a to it when you don't go other places. North Rocliffe across from the FRHA buildings is a disgrace. Mountains of Duncan Donut coffee cups and just tons of trash that appear to have been dumped or blown there. The empty lot at Rocliffe and County is a disgrace too. Also the empty lot 1 block up from Quequechan on pleasant is a horror too. Why do I have to live in an environment that looks like a landfill?

Walmart 638 Quequechan St Fall River, MA - Fall River
Why is it that a billion dollar corporation like Walmart or their landlords the millionaire Karam brothers are allowed to maintain their property without shoveling their sidewalks? This a public safety issue. there is no reason that those sidewalks should not be cleared.
Someone surely is going to be hit by a car as they traverse the street.

18 Quequechan St Fall River, MA - Fall River
18 Quequechan st (a former David Colville property that I believe now belongs to the city and is empty of tenants at the moment) is completely blocked by snow. The neighbor has snow plowed a giant bank of snow in front oof the stairs and the stairs an side walked have not been shoveled. It is making people have to walk in the street and if there were a fire its going to impede response.

Despite repeated requests the back fence at Bishop Eid , 33
Quequechan still needs to be fixed. If your facing the back it's the 2nd panel in from the left. The bottom of the chain link is no longer attached to the fence panel and is used by trespassers as a short cut through the neighborhood. They leave trash around the building and the elderly residents on the first floor are at risk of having their apartments broken into. PLEASE REPAIR THIS. It's not an expensive repair and will do a lot as a quality of life issue.
