    Homeless encampment around the entrance to the tube. Several tents present. Furniture has been dumped there. Clothes are strewn everywhere, hanging off fences. Members of the encampment are doing drugs and lighting large fires to cook/keep warm. This area need to be cleaned up once and for all. Even if lights were installed it would make a difference. It smells like human waste in this area.

    The bridge at this location appears to have people living under it. The properties near this area could be reported for blight. Some nearby buildings have piles of trash outside, which also may be related to the homeless living there, and the buildings are covered in graffiti. There's tons of debris, trash, and illegally dumped material at both ends of the bridge. This whole stretch needs to be cleaned up. If I were Jack London Aquatic, I'd be constantly reporting this mess and blight near their facility.
