It's too late for Bay Street, but it would be good if they would mill more of the street down so the sidewalks and curbs would be higher relative to the street. As it is now, the sidewalks and curbs are so low that during a heavy rain, water from the street flows over the curb.

I talked to the supervising city engineer who said the city paid for only two inches of milling, so it couldn't be done. In areas prone to flooding, the city should pay for deeper milling.

Both sides if entire block of Bay Street between Erie and Grove. What kind if a permit did they get that allows them to work over the weekend?

Car ran stop sign on second and collided with a car on Erie. Minor injuries.

This is a beautiful and historic building that shouldn't be left to fall into disrepair. I hope there will be some effort to restore it, and in an historically responsible way.

Southeast corner of third and Marin, the exit to Shoprite. It sometimes works and other times doesn't -- it wasn't this afternoon and several other times.

Bay Street between Grove and Erie. Ur's September 14th. They should take the signs down when no longer valid. They'll be here at least through the weekend.

Oh nooo! The Annie Kessler walk sign is out of order! It's the light coming from Shoprite, on the south east corner. It's out intermittently so it might be difficult to fix.

Pedestrians will jaywalk when there's a green light, don't walk signal or not. Stopped cars will stay stopped as long as the light is red . So make the walk FIRST in the sequence, then allow cars to go. Dah!

If a little town in Maine can do it right, we should be able to.

Because the police needed to park on Bay Street the city never ticketed OR SWEPT. The police headquarters and the police have been gone a long time now. It's time the city swept our block, especially since there's a lot if construction dirt going into the sewers here.

Cars cut diagonally across Newark Ave. when going from Barrow to Erie. They can't see pedestrians and they go too fast. A traffic island on Newark would force them to make a right angle turn, slow down and see pedestrians.

BTW, there's a car parked illegally in the photo, but there is no reason why there shouldn't be parking there. It would slow the traffic, make drivers pay more attention and protect people on the sidewalk.

Shouldn't contractors keep their sure clean? All this debris from cement trucks goes into the sewer and clogs it up

Block of Bay Street from Grove to Erie.

The no parking signs say its for the delivery of concrete. Fine if they need it to get in and out of the site. But it shouldn't be used for parking for their employees. They should go into a lot somewhere. Why should residents have to pay for parking because they took all the street spaces?

The city should only allow enough no parking spaces as they need for the job and no more.

231 Bay Street. This us a constant problem. It was reported this AM and they said they'd send an inspector out. The worst of it is they put the trash out on MY PROPERTY!

Placing the white stop line further back from the intersection will make illegal right turns on red less likely.
