    I was driving down Filmore St toward Wade ave and almost hit by a woman driving a silver sedan ( maybe a Buick) who ran the stop sign at Dale St. She was mad at ME. This has occurred on other occasions - people run the stop signs at Cole St and Dale all the time but this was the closest call for me.

    I thought that this type of sign were only okay if they are used during business hours only (or perhaps not at all since this is a residential area). This sign is chained to the street sign and kept out all the time. In fact, is this location even zoned for a retail business?
