There has been a hole in the boulevard in front of 410 Markham St. since the summer of 2012. Noticing that nothing was proactively being undertaken to fill the hole, I made the effort to contact 311 in August 2012. Someone came and placed a pylon in the hole, which eventually was stolen and the hole has remained since then. A few weeks ago our elderly neighbour fell due to the hole, which prompted me to call again. Since that call a pylon appeared and I received some calls asking me if I knew who made the hole, which I don't. I suggested they research the excavation permits for the street as well as contact Ontario One Call to find out who applied for locates. Better yet the city should fill the hole in the meantime before someone hurts again.

After another call to the City (311), this time questioning their due diligence they added a second, larger pylon.

No movement on filling the hole as of June 16, 2013.
