    This vehicle has misused a visitor's parking permit "visiting" Monday to Friday for several months. There are no residences in the where this vehicle could be visiting. I believe it is a DCPS employee who somehow obtained the visitor's permit as the vehicle ends its visit at the end of the school day. While I disagree with DDOT'S position on assign a zone for which there are no residences adjacent to our zone, a question further arises whether the ANC delineation comes with the zone. One assumes that the southside of N St is ANC 6 and the northside is ANC 5. Therefore, parking with this visitor's pass would be a violation.

    Can the validity of this visitor's pass be investigated?

    Vehicle parked in excess of 2 hours. This car is a commuter vehicle. It does little good to come at 6:45pm to enforce what we are paying to prevent, commuters parking in a residential area!

    A small elm tree is growing in a tree box with a healthy maple tree. The elm tree is entangled in the box surround and despite many cut back attempts continues to grow.
