    Some one has dumped a Christmas tree in the alley & it keeps growing with other debris.

    Exterior of Property has been Tarped over from serious EQ Damage for 2 years while concrete & bricks are falling ever since then. It almost hit me yesterday & is all over the sidewalk even today!!! Why is this allowed?

    Why does this owner not fix this building? Is there no consequences for negligent owners not repairing their buildings in a reasonable amount of time. Has the owner been fined? Why has the CCRC NOT DONE ANYTHING?

    Please do a follow up with me on why this owner is getting away with safety & potential criminal negligence? Please do something for all of us!! This is ridiculous!!
