On 1/4/2015, either a trash truck and / or recycling truck tore up parts of my yard off the alley to the left of the house and left gaping ruts and narrowly missed my fence and a telephone pole in an attempt to squeeze by a large dumpster behind a neighbor's house. I cannot believe someone would try to squeeze thru the narrow opening in the alley with a large truck. It actually looks like the truck got stuck twice and then dug huge 2-3 foot deep tire ruts in the grassy part of the yard coming into the alley - inches from my fence! I know the dumpster is blocking part of the alley, but any reasonable person would have gone around and come in the alley the other way. I have pictures of the damage as well and can send them to you. I expect the city to fix this and also expect such an action not to be repeated again. Please contact me ASAP possible to discuss resolution.
