    Since the rains have started, the homeless camp under 880 has gone from 5 tents to about 15 tents. And in the last few days the garbage is spilling out onto the streets in all directions. There are piles of refuse the size of small cars in several locations. If the city is going to continue allowing this eyesore to expand, I'm going to begin looking for a new business location. My employees are scared to leave the building after dark. Please at least clean up the mess, even if you can't evict the tenants.

    An out of state van has been parked in this spot for over a month now. Several tires are flat. It gets tickets constantly. Now it's full of old car tires and a homeless person is sleeping in it... It needs to be towed away. My employees are scared to walk by it in the dark after work... Oregon plates 107GNK

    Since the webster tube tunnel area has been fenced off, the large homeless camp has moved to this location. It's a huge parking lot and has probably 12-15 tents with separate groups here. Nightly fires, dangerous dogs, and piles of garbage spanning a block in every direction. I saw a man relieve his bowels in broad daylight as elderly asian couples walked by with groceries. It's super sketchy and my employees are scared to leave our building now... They need to move on and this needs to be cleaned up.
