The new traffic lights at the corner of College and Candler are seriously screwed up. They've failed twice since they've been installed--blinking red for hours on end. And the last time I passed through, the timing was off on the traffic lights on either side of the railroad tracks if you're going south on Candler. The ones on the north side of the tracks are only briefly green, while the ones on the south side of the tracks stay green (pointlessly, since no cars are able to advance) the usual amount of time. I sat through 10 or 12 cycles before I was able to cross College Avenue. It seems like it took a year or so to get these operational. It'd be great if they actually worked.
