I left a MEssage on the number and also put in a ticket yesterday. Its a fairly large tree. It is uprooted, and is leaning across the sidewalk over a property metal fence and leaning against another tree. Can you check on another tree about 15 yards from this tree? it seems to starting to uproot and taking part of the sidewalk with it. The sidewalk is slowly buckling from the roots. It was not that buckled last week.

The smell of trash and human feces on a hot day is unbearable. If neither CalTran or Oakland Public works cannot do anything - maybe suing the city is the only option.
